Nursing from Himalayan Institute of Nursing is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi and is affiliated to Pt. B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.


The programme uses wide range of interactive teaching methodologies like Audio visual aids, hospital visits and educational tours, seminars and presentations, internal tests, quiz, guest lectures, workshops and group discussion to equip the students with the capacity to carry out independent nursing research.

The age of candidates should be between 17 to 35 years (As on 31st December of the Admission Year). However, a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit shall be applicable for SC/ST candidates.
