Maa Saraswati Educational Trust (MSET)
Maa Saraswati Educational Trust (MSET) is a not-for-profit organization registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 (Registration No. 9807 dated 15.03.2002). The Trust is committed to promoting high-quality professional and technical education infused with strong ethical and moral values.
MSET is the parent organization of the Himalayan Group of Professional Institutions Himalayan Skill Development Centre and Jan Shiksthan Sansthan. It is duly registered under Sections 12AA and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Mission and Vision
The Trust was established by a group of highly qualified and experienced educationists with a mission to bridge the gap in skilled manpower across India. The core objective is to provide quality education and skill development in underserved areas to empower youth and uplift rural communities.

Skill Development Initiatives
MSET is a recognized training partner under multiple government schemes such as:
- PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana)
- DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana)
- RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning)
The Trust has trained thousands of youth from states like Jharkhand, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh. Training is offered in over 29 job roles, accredited by NSDC and DDU-GKY, with support from the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. Currently, MSET is actively conducting skill development programs in six states across India.
